MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time if the client arrives dressed and ready to start on time. Mini Sessions include one outfit only.
SESSION RETAINER FEE: Client understands and acknowledges the non-refundable session booking retainer does not include any digital or printed products for the mini-session price.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled by the Photographer due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Misty Felde Photography
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions or edits by anyone other than the Photographer.
ARTISTIC DIGITAL DESIGN IMAGES AND ORDERING SESSION: Photographer will provide one sample of themed digital design for client to see at their Ordering Session. Upon receiving client's order, Photographer will add additional themed edits as needed to those ordered prints. Example: Themed sessions that include digital animals, weather, objects, etc. Photographer would be using at a session to enhance the theme.
